Our Firm

Welcome to Bayview Solutions

Bayview Solutions is a specialized environmental and regulatory consulting firm supporting mining projects across British Columbia and the Yukon. From early exploration through closure, we help clients navigate the permitting and assessment process with clear, defensible advice.

Our team brings deep expertise in environmental assessment, multi-jurisdictional permitting, and Indigenous partnership development. Clients rely on us to make well-supported decisions, meet regulatory obligations, and build the respectful, durable relationships that responsible mine development depends on.

Our Experience

50+ projects across BC and the Yukon, from exploration to closure.

Our team has supported mining projects at every stage of the project lifecycle and across some of the most demanding jurisdictional environments in Canada. That includes early-stage exploration programs in remote regions, environmental assessment and permitting for major mines, active operations, and closure and reclamation planning.
